But, in case you are not a weddingbee member (though I doubt it) I'm going to take some of my posts from the Bee and throw them here. The bottom line is, I am damn proud of my self for the healthy lifestyle changes that I've undergone and I want to scream it from a mountain top!
Part 1 = GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL
After 8 weeks on weight watchers (I know it wasn't that long) I reached my goal weight of 132 pounds. It really has been a life changing experience for me...I feel so much lighter, and more awake, and just plain healthier. Wednesday I ran 6.5 miles for the first time since high school!
My leader thinks I should apply to be a leader, and I think I might. I really feel great, and I've been able to say I'm proud of what I've accomplished for the first time in a long time. And I think this might be the first time ever I feel comfortable in my own skin.
Before Pictures (weighing in at 147.2):
My journey went as follows:
10/23 - 147.2
10/30 - 142.8
11/6 - 139.2
11/13 - 139.6 (that was the week fi's grandfather died, I don't know how I didn't gain more then that!)
11/20 - 136.2
11/27 - 135
12/4 - 132.2 (so close, but not quite there, this is when I got my 10% though!)
12/11 - 132 exactly!
And drum roll please....weighing in at 132 pounds:
And I just can't help myself....
So there you have it, the transformation of MandaMack!

WOW! You look great!! Not that you didnt in the before pictures but you really just toned everything up and look your best - thats awesome!
ReplyDeleteWow, you are a machine!
ReplyDeleteI keep saying I am going to tone up, but then laziness gets the better of me.
Thanks so much guys! Toning up is HARD, but it is worth it. It gets even harder to maintain motivation after you get to a point you're happy with, but I'm trying my best!
ReplyDeleteWow, you look fabulous! You accomplished all this by Weight Watchers only? You go girl!
ReplyDeleteAmber - I did workout regularly, but the Weight Watchers diet worked for me. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight, whether they want to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds.
