OMG! That was wicked good!!! You really didn't seem that nervous to me. Here are my thoughts take them for what they are (random internet person making comments):

I think you did a great job explaining & demonstrating. It wasn't teachy or preachy and annoying. Just nice and conversational.
You should definitely do more!
