My favorite edible part of my day!

Yummy Yummy Parfait:

All you need to make yummy yummy parfait (which happens to be 4 PointsPlus for Weight Watchers) is fat free greek yogurt, fruit, and granola.  My favorites are:
Fage Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • Banana
  • A mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries

Kashi GoLEAN Crunch! Honey Almond Flax
And all you have to do is layer 1/2 cup of the yogurt, approximately 1/2 cup of the berries (though adding more or less won't affect the points value because fruit is FREE), half the banana (any more then that and there's too much banana), and half a cup of the granola!  Et voila:

I eat this almost every single day.  Usually not Sundays, but that's because on Sunday's I usually make breakfast for the fi and I.
